We're stoked that after a long time coming, we will finally be receiving some of the Brompton Electric bikes this year!

The Brompton Electric bike is the ideal for those of you looking for a compact, lightweight electric bike to make getting up the Wellington hills that little bit easier. What makes this Brompton Electric Bike different to other e-bikes is that it's battery is easily removable with the included bag, allowing it to make picking up and moving the bike significantly easier. It is also kitted with a high quality, hub drive motor in the front wheel, making it lighter that it's mid drive equivalents, and not requiring any further frame reinforcements. On top of this, it's a Brompton! Meaning it's lighter, more compact and easier to fold than anything else on the market.

This motor system isn't quite as powerful as our high quality Bosch and Shimano offerings, but still is more than capable to make your commute a decent bit easier.
