During Covid 19 Alert Level 2 our workshop will be operating to ensure you can ride your bike safely for transport and exercise. To enable us to work on your bike with mitigated risk of transmission we have made some adjustments to how we operate. Please read our FAQ's below to see how we will manage and mitigate risk of transmission.

No, but we prefer it. To minimise contact, we that work is pre-booked so that we can adequately space out drop-offs and collections. Please book using our online booking form and we will contact you con confirm availability, or contact the workshop directly by emailor by phone. Booking slots are limited as we are required to limit the number of staff in our workshop to comply with distancing requirements.
Due to limited storage capacity, we kindly ask that you collect your bike on the day the work is completed or the following working day. If you do need a little extra time, please phone us and we can work something out. We charge a daily fee of $5 for uncollected bikes where no prior arrangements are made. We also offer storage at our off-site warehouse - please inquire.
We expect most work will be completed within one to three working days. Our capacity is limited in order to comply with staff distancing requirements; however, we are still doing our absolute best to ensure efficient turn-arounds, especially for customers who rely on their bicycles for regular transport. Where parts need to be ordered, it is possible that the work will take longer due to extended shipping times - we will advise you if this is the case.
If you do require a Same-Day service please select this in the booking form and we will book an appropriate date for this. Please note that we cannot always guarantee a same day turnaround as we may encounter unforeseen issues or unexpected parts that may need to be ordered.
Once the work is completed, we will send you a text notification that the work is done. We have PayWave/eftpos available on collection. We will not be accepting cash payments.
