This is a rocket with a buttery ride due to the carbon forks and fat tyres absorbing road vibration. With Shimano Alfine Di2 electric gear shifting only adding to the performance of this machine. The Friday has super direct steering for extra nimble handling. Strangely this is one of our favourite rides here in Wellington for charging about on formed gravel trails. With long travel suspension being all the rage in mountain biking, it is a treat to get this urban sporty ride and feel so connected to the road/trail. Kind of like comparing the road-feel of a land cruiser vs a Peugeot 205GTI!
