Riese & Müller

Riese & Müller Nevo Touring

What it's built for:

The Nevo is Riese & Müller’s ultra-low-step city commuter built to tackle anything the city streets throw at you all with a striking design. This iconic design is as functional as it is tidy, the battery is easily accessible for charging and storage while the integrated cargo carrier balances both looks and functionality. As with all R&Ms it comes in a great variety of colors, configurations and upgrades meaning you get a bespoke commuter that suits you perfectly. This Touring version uses a conventional derailleur system for a wide range of smooth-shifting gears with parts that can easily be serviced and replaced.

Why we love it:

Few commuter bicycles in the world are as comfortable to ride as the Nevo , the notion that low-step frames are for ladies is a thing of the past and this bike is here to prove it. The design not only turns heads it also allows you to hop on and off with ease even when the bike is fully loaded with the day’s goods. The premium build-kit means the bike comes standard with everything you need to ride every day and a huge number of optional extras help you get a bike that’s tailor-made for you.

Though we’re a bike shop that sells, builds and fixes bicycles, they’re really just the means to an end; albeit a beautifully designed means to an idyllic end. Our job most importantly is to encourage as many people as we can to get out and ride for transport and enjoyment. We'd love to make riding a bike as commonplace as your morning cup of coffee, which by the way is our other obsession.

Bicycle Junction is situated at 1 Marion St, Te Aro, Wellington.
