What it's built for:
The Supercharger is Riese & Müller’s light-cargo daily commuter, built to help you breeze through the day by bike and get out to explore on the weekends. Dual batteries feeding a Bosch Performance motor mean you get heaps of zip and distance on every charge while premium finishes like a suspension fork and seat post keep you comfortable for even the longest rides. This Touring version uses a conventional derailleur system for a wide range of smooth-shifting gears with parts that can easily be serviced and replaced. The HS version upgrades to Bosch’s Performance Line Speed motor which increases maximum assisted speed to a zippy 45kph.
Why we love it:
This ready-for-anything commuter is wildly versatile and is ready to do more duties than most commuter bikes could dream of. There is plenty of cargo space for everything short of carrying two kids at the same time (for that check out the Multicharger), and dual batteries mean that range worries are a distant memory. Plus as always, with R&M they leave no stone unturned, right out of the box this bike is equipped with everything you need to ride every day they even throw in a high-security lock to keep your new steed safe.
