What it's built for:
The Superdelite from Reise & Müller was built to redefine both mountain bikes and commuters. It is a full-suspension that can easily do double duty cruising the pavement and heading off to explore backwoods trails. Front and rear suspension keep it riding incredibly smoothly while dual batteries feeding a Bosch Performance Line motor mean you have unparalleled range and power. This Touring version uses a conventional derailleur system for a wide range of smooth-shifting gears with parts that can easily be serviced and replaced. The HS version upgrades to Bosch’s Performance Line Speed motor which increases maximum assisted speed to a zippy 45kph.
Why we love it:
Before electric bikes, the Superdelite couldn’t have existed, full-suspension bikes were nice to ride but they weren’t practical for city commuting. No longer. Have your cake and eat it too with this unbelievable all-rounder. Clever engineering allowed R&M to even add fenders and a suspended cargo rack meaning there are truly no compromises on this one-of-a-kind bicycle.
