FAQ: How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times depend on whether your item is in stock, needs to come from a supplier, or is a special order or custom build.
Please contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date. We will confirm availability and an estimated timeframe for your order, and let you know about significant delays.
Special-order and import lead times are confirmed separately before you commit. Delivery will be within the agreed timeframe or, where none is agreed, a reasonable time. Your legal remedies for delayed or failed delivery remain available.
