FAQ: How long will my order take to arrive?

Shipping times vary by product and by your location. Here are some general rules of thumb.

• Accessories - 2-3 days.
• Bicycles -  3-5 days.
• Cargo bikes -  7 to 10 days
• Brompton Bikes - 10 - 20 days from confirmed order. 3-5 days for in stock models.

Please keep in mind that due to stock shortages and shipping delays as a result of Covid-19, there may be unprecedented delays for products to arrive. Please get in touch with us before purchasing bikes or any other expensive items online so that we can confirm the availability and/or ETA of your given product.
