Referrer Vouchers -The offer to refer a new customer is open to anyone who has received this newsletter from us. The referrer can refer one or more new customers and will receive a service voucher (referrer voucher) for each referral once the referred customer completes a bike service with us under this promotion. Referrer vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue. The referrer voucher is personal to the referrer and can only be redeemed by them, subject to the general voucher terms below.

Referee Discounts -The offer for a new customer to be referred to us is open to anyone who has not had their bike serviced with us (a "new customer"). Each new customer may only be referred once, and will receive a discount of $50 off one of our whole-of-bike service packages provided the service is completed before the end of August 2024. The discount is personal to the referred customer and can only be redeemed by them.

Service Voucher Terms -Vouchers can be redeemed against any of our whole-of-bike service packages. Only one voucher can be redeemed per service. Service Vouchers cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

Whole-of-bike Service Packages -Basic Service, Standard Service, Comprehensive Service, Extensive Service.
