FAQ: What's included in a Standard Service?

WHAT: Our Standard Service is your go-to service where we replace commonly worn basic consumable parts as required. This includes:

  • a comprehensive check of your bike,
  • adjustment of gears, brakes and other moving parts as required,
  • replacement of any worn or damaged basic consumable parts (brake pads, cables and tyres), together with incidental repairs,
  • cleaning and lubricating your drivetrain,
  • air in your tires, and
  • for e-bikes, a diagnostic scan and firmware update where applicable.

WHY: Any bike that’s being ridden will at some point require new consumables. We’ve bundled the most common basic consumable parts into a tidy service package alongside a whole-of-bike service.

WHEN: For most bikes that are being ridden, a Standard Service will be needed every six to twelve months..

For more advanced work including drivetrain replacement we recommend one of our more advanced service packages.
