FAQ: What's included in a Basic Service?
WHAT: We check, adjust and tune your bike.
Our Basic Service includes:
- Full mechanical check of your bike
- Adjustment of gears, brakes and other moving parts as required
- Cleaning and lubricating your drivetrain
- Air in your tires
WHY: A Basic Service is the “service-lite” - an economical choice where parts do not need to be replaced, but the essential systems like brakes and gears require adjustment.
WHEN: If you ride your bike regularly, your bike will likely need a Basic Service in between its more advanced annual services.
If your bike needs additional work, we recommend one of our more advanced service packages.
