Family, friends, new friends, young and old, bright bikes, fun outfits, and bangers all night courtesy of maxi fm. The Winter Solstice Bike Rave had it all and then some.

Our highlights included raving along Te Ara Tupua, feeling the bridge bounce beneath our feet as we danced, making a massive bike whirlpool in the spotlight carpark, dancing on Parliament steps, and hearing the cheers as we rode down Cuba Street.

And big love for protected cycleways, public spaces, and this wonderful city and community that continue to turn simply riding a bike into something much bigger.

Halloween falls on a Saturday this year. Be rude not to dress up and take to the streets. 🚲✨
