The Aeroe Spider Pannier Rack is a rear rack for riders who want to carry panniers without needing traditional rack mounts. It straps securely to the bike, fits a wide range of frames, and gives you a stable pannier platform for commuting, touring, bikepacking and everyday gear carrying.
This version is the pannier-ready setup. It includes the Spider rack and pannier receiver, so you can run standard pannier bags rather than only using Aeroe cradles, pods or dry bags. That makes it a strong option for bikes that are hard to fit with a normal rack, including many gravel bikes, mountain bikes and e-bikes.

The Spider Pannier Rack solves a common problem: you want the carrying capacity of panniers, but your bike does not have the rack mounts a normal rear rack needs. The Aeroe system straps to the bike instead, so it works for many bikes that are awkward to fit with standard racks.
The pannier receiver gives standard panniers a proper place to sit, with top rails and a lower catch to help stop bag movement. That matters on rough roads, gravel paths, commuting detours and e-bike rides where a loose pannier quickly becomes annoying.
It also keeps the Aeroe system flexible. You can use panniers for weekday commuting, then change your setup for touring or bikepacking using other Aeroe accessories where suitable.
Panniers: This is the main reason to choose the Spider Pannier Rack. It is made to carry standard pannier bags using the included pannier receiver.
Aeroe system accessories: The rack can also fit into a wider Aeroe setup, depending on the accessories you are using and the load you need to carry.
Commuting setup: Run a pannier for laptop, lunch and spare clothes, without needing a dedicated commuter frame with rack mounts.
Touring setup: Use it for rear luggage on gravel bikes, mountain bikes or e-bikes where a normal rack is not a clean fit.
This is the pannier-ready version of the Aeroe Spider rack. It includes the pannier receiver. If you are looking for the standard Spider Rear Rack with a cradle for dry bags or soft gear, that is a different setup.
The rack is rated to 16 kg, but carbon bikes are limited to 8 kg. Load limits also depend on how the rack is fitted, the bike frame, the panniers being used and the riding surface. Keep the load balanced, check the straps, and recheck everything before rough roads or gravel.
The rack fits tyres up to 3.8 inches wide, so it suits most bikes apart from many fat bike setups. Before ordering, check tyre clearance, frame shape, brake hose routing, seatpost clearance and pannier heel clearance.
The Aeroe Spider Pannier Rack is the right choice if you want pannier carrying capacity on a bike that does not suit a traditional rear rack. Choose it for commuting, touring, e-bikes, gravel bikes and mountain bikes where you need a secure, adaptable rear rack without relying on frame eyelets.
A good test ride is the most important factor when it comes to finding the right bike.
