It is a four-bolt face plate designed for 31.8mm bars and 1-1/8" (28.6mm) forks. You need at least 37mm of steerer tube to fit the stem. The stem has a 45-degree rise that results the vertical height of the 90 mm stem being 97 mm and 112 mm vertical height for the 110 mm stem. The design of the stem eliminates the need for a stem cap. Longer compression bolt is included. This stem will not work with the threadless stem adapter and is not to be used with carbon steerer tubes.
