These wheels are designed for long-term serviceability and ownership. Every W:two wheel is individually built in New Zealand to Wheelworks' meticulous quality standards and backed by a warranty and rim replacement deal, ensuring lasting performance and easy maintenance.

Rims

The W:two rims are built for trail, enduro, and heavy-duty bike-packing riders who demand strength, control, and reliability in aggressive terrain. These rims have been rigorously tested in both lab and real-world conditions, proving their ability to handle repeated high-impact hits without compromising performance.

With a 2.5mm thick bead, the W:two resists pinch flats and tyre damage, ensuring you can run lower pressures for better grip without sacrificing durability. 

The rim is joined using advanced bonding technology, which offers greater strength and impact resistance than traditional pinning or welding. This process creates a perfectly sealed, tubeless-ready joint without introducing heat-related distortions, ensuring consistent performance straight out of the box.

Each W:two rim is laser-engraved with a unique wheelset number and spoke lengths, making servicing and future replacements effortless. These are wheels designed to take a beating, keep rolling, and be easy to maintain—because great rides shouldn’t be interrupted by wheel problems
