The Delite range
Built for riders who want one bike that can do it all — daily commuting, long weekend rides, steep climbs, and the occasional detour onto rougher tracks. The Riese & Müller Delite range pairs full-suspension comfort with confident handling and serious battery power, so you can ride further, faster, and more often without feeling limited by terrain or distance.
At the heart of the Delite is Riese & Müller Control Technology: front suspension, a rear swing arm, and a co-sprung luggage carrier that keeps the bike stable and planted even when the road turns rough or the pace picks up. Add refined workmanship and long-term durability, and you get an e-bike that feels composed at speed and genuinely enjoyable over big days out.
There are two models in the Delite range. The Delite5 is the current flagship with the option of Bosch or Pinion drive systems and large battery capacity. The Delite4 remains available as remaining stock through dealers and is built around the Bosch Performance Line CX motor.
Main difference: model generation and drive system
Delite5: The flagship. Full-suspension with Bosch smart system or Pinion system options, and larger battery capacity (800 or 1050 Wh).
Delite4: Previous generation, now remaining stock only. Full-suspension with Bosch smart system and battery options (750 or 1000 Wh).
The Delite5
The Delite5 is designed with no half-measures. It’s a full-suspension e-bike built for riders who want control at speed, comfort over distance, and a premium finish that holds up for the long run. Thanks to Riese & Müller Control Technology, it stays planted and predictable even on bumpy backroads, gravel connectors, or fast descents.
Power comes from a strong mid-drive system paired with a removable battery integrated into the down tube (800 Wh standard depending on configuration, with larger capacity options available). The sporty frame geometry, short crank arms, and dropper seatpost make it easier to handle technical sections and stop-start riding, while still feeling efficient on long rides.
It’s built to be worry-free: a protective cover helps shield the drive and suspension from spray and dirt, and an integrated frame lock keeps security neat and easy. Optional Bosch eBike ABS adds extra confidence when stopping, especially in wet or loose conditions.
The Delite4
The Delite4 is a proven all-rounder for any terrain, built around the Bosch Performance Line CX motor and full-suspension Control Technology. It’s an excellent option for riders who want the Delite ride feel with strong off-road capability and big range potential.

Step 2: Copy the configuration code once you’ve finished.
Step 3: Send the code to us — whether you’re just enquiring or ready to place an order.
Pricing and shipping
All prices shown on the configurator are in NZD and include sea freight shipping. Typical lead time is 3–6 months.
Make sure the location is set to New Zealand. Air freight is available for faster delivery on most models but isn’t included in the configurator price - ask us about express shipping when you get in touch.
